Gina’s Property Management and Realty© is comprised of Karen Menger and Rick Menger. Gina Hudson was the matriarch of the company and with the help of her daughter, Karen Menger, founded Gina’s Property Management & Realty Inc in 1988 as a full service real estate company specializing in property management. We are an experienced team committed to and sharing a common mission of; ”Providing the highest level professional services to all clients. To adhere to a rigid Code of Ethics, and to provide these services at a fair and competitive price and remain accountable within the scope of promises and agreements made with our clients”.
Karen Menger: Owner, Designated Broker, Gina’s Property Management & Realty Inc
Karen is one of the founding members of Gina’s Property Management & Realty, Inc., and, after obtaining her Arizona Real Estate Broker’s license, she became a managing partner in the company. Karen brings a wealth of experience to the company as a result of her extensive background in property management and the Human Resources field. In addition, she brings a thorough knowledge of the various software programs used for our accounting procedures and provides exemplary service to our owners. She has an active commitment to customer service to both our clients and our tenants.
Rick Menger: Owner, Managing Partner, Real Estate Agent, Gina’s Property Management & Realty Inc
Rick has been a partner in Gina’s Property Management & Realty, Inc. since 1993, following retirement from a career in the U. S. Army. Rick oversees our leasing services and is a coordinator for maintenance services. Rick is instrumental in maintaining ongoing relationships with a pool of experienced, qualified and reasonable contractors and is committed to continuing our high level of service to our clients and customers.
